Sales Administator

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Sales Assistant,... is plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

What you are going to do

  • Prepare sale-related documents such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
  • Work with partners to update information on sales policies
  • Monitor and manage inventory such as import-export goods, returns, and debt
  • Generate business reports and other requested documents
  • Manage documents and contracts for the sales department
  • Support assigned administrative tasks
