Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (especially performance-driven)
Proven track record in running ads with budgets from 20–50 million VND/month
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Suite, etc.)
Strong content sense: knows what works on social, can write captions and direct visual tone
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable managing your own workload
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, mom & baby category, or fast-growth startups
Optional plus: Experience with influencer/KOC campaigns or community management
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and E-commerce platforms
Manage and publish content for Nobinobi’s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo)
Write compelling ad copies, product highlights, and community-driven posts tailored to our target audiences (young moms and resellers)
Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-performing creatives (banners, short videos, UGCs)
Track and optimize performance metrics: CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPO, Conversion Rate, etc
Prepare campaign reports weekly and monthly with clear insights and data-driven suggestions
Keep up with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates to apply to brand content
Support execution of product launch campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions
Assist in community building: group management, mini-games, livestreams, user engagement, and feedback tracking
